Heater is not working at all

I HAVE A 1997 GMS SONOMA 4X4 V6 4.3L. MY HEAT SUCKS! THIS YEAR IT IS NOT GETING HOT AT ALL. I HAVE A NEW RAD, NEW HOSES, NEW T-STAT, NEW WATER PUMP. WHAT SHOULD I DOO? THE TEMP STAYS AROUND 195. I TURN THE HEAT ON TEMP DROP BUT NO HEAT OUT BANK. PLEASE HELP

Are the heater hoses hot? Do you have circulation through heater core? I don't believe 195 is operating temp? What is the outside temp? It's not 30 degrees F below zero, is it?

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
