Coolant leakage

On my ford windstar '97, the part of the motor that the waterpump mounts to is leaking, is there a seal there or is the block cracked?

It is called the timing cover. It has a gasket and is bolted to the block. It can be replaced but requires a puller for the harmonic balancer. It is labor intensive. Maybe a bid from a shop would be in order.
