How to clean inside and remove the headlight lens?

the headlight is sealed unit and is replaced as one. if it is fogged over there are sevalr cleaners on the market to clean them 3m is good as well as any that use a drill topolish it and follow instructions. if ther eis water vapor inside then the only way to clean it would be to take it out and use a vacuum pump to boil the water out.
