1997 Ford F-250 has a clicking sound in the fuse box and wont start without being jumped. Is it a relay?

It will start right up and run when its jumped. But if you shut it off it wont start back without jumping it again. When you open the door there is a clicking noise in the fuse box. Removed a relay and it stopped. The truck still started when jumped, but not after shut off.

You need to repair the charging system and I believe the other problems with go away. They are coming from low voltage.

Get the battery and the alternator checked for failure. One or both may be bad and get them repaired before going forward with anything else.
