It depends when the squeak is. If it's when the truck goes up and down there are several places that cannot be lubed or you need to spray grease on some of them but thats' a temporary fix. Obvioulsly you tried a guess and it didn't work. Although you should grease teh tie rods if they have a fitting and see if it works or not.

The outer tie rods have zerks and have been greased. The inners however do not have grease zerks. I wonder if it could be possible that the ball joints are causing it. It only does it when the wheel is turned to the left and going slow. I have had this type of problem in the past but replacing the tie rod ends has always fixed it. Very confusing and frustrating.

It could be the ball joints but it's hard to decimate a squeak as you need anothr person to stick their head out the window so you can listen. It's very hard for us as we can't hear it and have to go on generalities to try to answer your question. If the ball joints have lube point then do it and see if it changes.
