1997 Ford Explorer Replaced Cam Synchronizer Must Correctly Ve Got On Tdc

replaced cam synchronizer I must not have it in correctly , I've got it on TDC I think using the provided installation tool , arrow pointing to the rear of the vehicle. Truck will not start sounds like its out of time!
