Car would not start so put in a new relay fuse 30 worked fine for one day and went to get back in after work
and it wouldn't start. Tried to put in a new fuse and it blew right away. Tried to put another one in and it sparked and blew
have the same problem?

You have a short in the circuit. You need to isolate the entire circuit to track down the failure. It is time consuming and expensive as electrical work such as this is tedious.
