Car is rumbling

My 97 Expedition heater stopped working now it rumbles very loud and dosent seem like it is getting gas it will***** when I press on the gas

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to identify which electrical component is causing the problem. Most parts stores will do it for free. If there is no light, check fuel pump pressure. Directions are on our homepage under the DIY section.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
