When trying to start my van, it takes around 15 to 20 tries to start. I can hear the bendix kicking out, but it doesn't turn over. When it does decide to, it has a lag in the start. Then I start the process over. I have no reverse lights, nor cruise control which is controlled by the neutral safety switch. Would this also cause it not to start?
