Truck is leaking water. I have changed the thermostat and the water pump. If you are looking at the water pump it seems to be coming from above the right hand side of the water pump. If you simply pour water in the radiator, it immediately comes out what looks like to the right and just above the water pump. If the engine is running and water is put in, it doesn't seem as bad till you turn off the engine. It looks like it is flowing out of a hole or something.

It could be a freeze plug its hard to track coolants flow sometimes. You have to get a inspection camera to see behind the water pump to see where its coming from.

Are you certain that it is not leaking from the seam where the intake manifold and the cylinder head meet? Intake gasket failure is not that uncommon, and the leak would be coming from just above the area where the water pump mounts at. Let me know what you find. Doc DTC

Thats a good point also you could rent a coolant pressure tester from auto zone to put pressure on it might shoot a stream then you could track back to its source.
