1997 Chevrolet Tahoe Drivers side seat belt

Drivers side[2door] seat belt seized. Where are the bolts/screws to remove panel/cover to get to it? What size and type of fastener [torx?]? How many are there and maybe a brief RE and RE description. Any tips? Are they usually fixable as I found it hard finding one but know of a parts vehicle, now. Thank You for your time, I wish I could donate but I am on disability.

They are torzx bolts that hold them 45 or 5o is size I forget one has a plastic cover that shold pull upto get to bolt we have no diagrams of it. One near base o f seat going sideways and one at top on pillar
