Do you think by my fuel pump relay wire burnt could be why my truck dont start got power in the relay box now im bout to see if I got power at the fuel pump

Yeah it's possible. You also have an oil pressure switch in your fuel pump circuit. It's just a redundant power supply to the pump wired in parallel with relay, one shouldn't effect the other. If you unplug the relay, the fuel pump should still run because of the op switch, if that circuit is operational. The load side of relay and op switch gets voltage from the same fuse, so if the fuse is blown it will kill both circuits.

I DROP MY GAS TANK AN COME TO FIND OUT MY GAS TANK WAS EMPTY THATS Y THE TRUCK DIDNT WANNA START NOW I GOT PROBLEMS WITH THE TRUCK SHAKING REAL BAD

An empty gas tank will cause problems. If the shaking is engine related, how long since a tune-up. Any applicable trouble codes? To check codes, yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader.

Check your fuel pressure.
