My fuel pump was recently replaced on my 1997 chevy s10 zr2. The battery was also replaced. The guy that fixed it tried to bypass the safety feature to put it into neutral to move it (before replacing the dead battery) now after both are fixed. It starts but nothing on the dash works and it wont go into gear. I was told it is most likely the ignition module in the column. Is this correct? What else could it possibly be? It has been over 3 months that Ive been trying to get back on the road. Any accurate answer would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

I dont'l know why people do sutupid stuff like this. All t he clownneeded to do was put ajumper on the battery and it wouldhave been able to move. Anyhow i'm sending a diagram of hte shift interlock check the fuse and relay to it they will be marked int ehunderhood fuse box. If it won't work still, check the grounds and then if not take it back to the clown that broke it in the firstplace.I can't seem to add the diagram sorry
