Remove cylinder head have a bad lifter and Camshaft do I replace the lifter and Camshaft in this motor with a 179000 miles or just rebuild the engine with rebuild kit. What adive can you give. Thank you

With that many miles on the engine, I would most likely rebuild it. However, if it ran good, didn't use oil. You may be able to get away with just the bad parts. I would base it on how long you plan to keep it.
