Fuel pressure?

1997 chevrolet lumina cranks but wont start no primeing of fuel pump replaced pump still nothing and 10 amp instrument panel/ignition electronics keeps blowing runs on starting fluid till it evaporates. It has remote start but it is fine

If it is the IP fuse, and not fuel pump fuse, then check the ignition switch for a short.

How can I check the ignition switch im not a car genius I know I gotta be carefull to not set off airbag and remove steering wheel and more than one person said the short with ignition switch im broke I cant afford a garage now just got lisence back from dui I appreciate any help or advice

There is going to have to be some diagnosis, like fuel pressure, wiring check (for shorts).

Try a local community college, they will work on cars for free to train their students.

Replaced ignition switch and got rid of remote start checked ground to fuel pupm relay coil 1 ohm voltage drop @ ground to relay coil its good and checked resistance from fuse box to pcm 1 ohm got new pump and sending unit only getting 7.6 volts at the coil of the fuel pump relay and 12 volts at its switch some one please help!
