Electrical?

Randomly my car door locks will lock then unlock and then my trunk latch will pop open even if my car is not on or I am not home. What could be happening? This happens both intermittently and sometimes repeatedly

Yes. And I have tried taking the battery out and also replacing it. It doesn't seem to make any difference, either

The receiver and it's reprogramming plug/connector should be in the trunk on the left at the wheel hump behind trunk lining. Maybe it's getting wet or the circuit board is failing due to loose solder joint?
