MY CAR WAS RUNNING FINE EXCEPT I NOTICED THE SPEEDOMETER JUMP A FEW TIMES AND THE VOLTAGE GAUGE SLIGHTLY FLUXUATE. AFTER I PARKED AND WENT OUT TO START IT AGAIN, THE CAR DID NOTHING BUT THE BATTERY WAS FULLY CHARGED. NO DASH LIGHTS, NO CHECK ENG LIGHTS, NO CLICKING, NOTHING. THE ACC'S DO STILL WORK WHEN THE IGN IS IN THE ACC POS.

Check the main fuses under the hood. Also, check to make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight. Finally, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire at the starter. Let me know if you are getting power. If you are, the starter is most likely bad. If there isn't power, it could be a relay.

Remove and clean battery terminals, often earth terminals can corrode around the post and they look fine until you remove them.
