1997 Chevy Camaro no acceleration

1997 Chevy Camaro mileage: 91,000. I have no acceleration between first and second gear. It bogs down to the point that it almost stalls. It acts like it is not getting any fuel. When it’s cold it is even worse. But, after I get to 45 mph it seems to work fine. I just replaced the catalytic converter. It was bad, but that did not solve the problem. I check the airflow sensor and it works.

Your car may be ready for a major tune-up including spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter and air filter. Also, perform a fuel pump pressure test. Clean fuel injection system including throttle bore, idle speed control motor and passages. If problem still exists, scan computer for trouble codes.
