1997 Chevrolet Blazer not starting

Is not starting I put a new pump in it a new filter in it it only starting when I put gas in the throttle I run it into some water and water get in the gas tank I take it out a clean it out snd put the new pump and filter on it and is not starting is a 1997 chevy blazer 4.3 v thx

If it starts when you put fuel in the TB, then it is a fuel related problem. Have you confirmed that the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs? Have you checked to make sure the injectors are getting power? Did you flush out the fuel line and fuel rail?
