1997 Chevy Blazer is leaking antifreeze, appears to be a coming from the top side of the engine underneath the air intake assembly. I can't see a problem hose in the area of the leak. Would this be a manifold gasket?

I've checked it over the best I can, no visible leaks in the hose still cant pinpoint the actual leak. I can squeeze the upper hose and hear air leaking, or what sounds like leaking air.
