My 97 Buick park avenue front driverside tire shakes and rattles. And is becoming increasingly loader. I drive the car as minimul as possisble but suddenly the shaking went from only freeway speeds (65) ^ occationally to. 20 MPH and its obvious tube alignment is hurtn. And raddling from what sounds like a caddelitic converter / muffler dangeling but observing the undercarriage nothing looks loose
What is the loosing of my tires placement comming from axle joint or some other alignment issue? And how do I fix it

You may have a tire coming apart internally. Have it inspected.

Some one told me it could be the cv axle needing to be tightened could that be a possibility?

I can't see it. Why don't you have it looked at and find out?
