I'm putting back a steering wheal on a 1997 Buick lesabre, I Just replaced a bad Ignition Switch. The car has airbags and security system. I am at the point of setting in the turn signal yolk. How do I make this work?

That is part of the rack assembly. They need to be there.

Where in the Steering column of a 1997 Buick Lesabre does the part that looks like a skate board go, I understand now that it is part of the rack assembly. And can you send a picture or drawing/diagram something that will show where they go?

You have to strip it doen to the linkeage under the lower collar. If you do to a dealer parts department, they will have a break down picture for you.
