1997 BMW 540i BMW electrical dash board issues

My dash board doesn't display anything. I checked all the fuses and everything else all that come on is the oil light and the other regular lights that come on when starting. The command center only work if you don't start the car for at least two to three days. Also my radio doesn't work its the same ad the command center. When it does work it only works for five mins and shut off for the rest of the day. Can you help?

You're going to be tied to the dealer for this one. BMW is one of the more customer-unfriendly manufacturers. They don't share their service information with independent shops. They don't even release paint code information to body shops. They want all of your repair dollars. Even if we could diagnose what appears to be multiple problems, you'll still have to have the repairs done by the dealer.
