BMW fuel problem

1997 BMW 328i with 325K miles. Runs very rough and dies on idle (only) when cold and runs well when warm. OBD II codes: Fuel trim (bank 1), Fuel trim (bank 2), Fuel control (bank 2 sensor 1), Fuel control (bank 1 sensor 1), O2 circuit slow response (bank 1 sensor 1).

325k miles! Really? Wow! You must spend a bunch of time behind the wheel. Replacement of the pre-cat oxygen sensors with the BOSCH (only!)Units and resetting of the adaptations would be the first step. A look at the car overall would certainly help as would the history of the car. After that I would probably look at the live data stream to see where the numbers are. To do that, the proprietary factory software(GT-1) is called for. A well equiped BMW repair facility will have that tool.
