is there a fresh air intake lever

My heat is blowing cold air from the vents and there is freon in lines

Freon in what lines? The AC lines? There should be a temperature control lever on the dash.

Yes the hi pressure and low pressure lines and it is on hi heat and its still cold air blowing out

That's a good thing then. Freon is supposed to be there.

Start the engine and get it up to operating temperature. Turn the heater on full blast hot. Open the hood and feel the two heater hoses feeding the heater core. They should both be hot. If not, suspect a thermostat or plugged heater core. If they are, suspect blend doors in the airbox. Watch the actuators on the airbox as you move the temperature control back and forth slowly.
