1997 Acura RL I cannot find my blown fuse

I cannot find my blown fuse for the cigarette lighter it does not work anymore after I plugged in a portable air pump to air up my tire and then it cut off and now I don't have power in the cigarette lighter but it lights up around it but no power I need to plug my radar detector back in can you help me?

If it happens frequently, you can to get an updated accessory socket installed from the dealer, part no. P/N 39624-SZ3-L01 or you can keep replacing fuse #4 from the fuse box located at the driver's left foot area.
