1997 Acura CL tail lights wont go off

Tail lights wont go off, changed brake switch, didn't work, only way to turn off is to pull negative cable or pull fuse for horn/tail lights

Check for a bad bulb and check to make sure headlight relay knocks power off after a couple of minutes it may not be. Also get it scanned because body control module may be keeping them on

Brake pedal position switch plastic stopper has fell out.
