I drove my car this morning and it ran fine. I came home and 30 minutes later I tried to start it to go somewhere and it just cranked and cranked but will not turn over. I cleaned the battery connections, tapped on the starter, I even tried to jump it. The battery has 12.63 volts. It just cranks but won't start. Help! Thank you

Ok. First off: Cranking and turning over are the same. When you crank the starter, the engine turns over. So what you mean is it turns over, but doesn't start. Maybe. That's what it sounds like. The engine goes rawr rawr rawr, right? But no vroom?

Make sure it has spark. Eliminate fuel as an issue. Spray carb cleaner in the intake. Does it start? Check fuel pressure.

Remove the distributor cap and make sure the rotor is turning when you turn the key to start and the engine cranks/turns over.
