changed plugs and wires now car wont turn over wiring is correct also spark plugs are correct.

If this is all you have done, re check that the firing order is correct and check that you have not unplugged any sensor or power plug when doing the work, do you have a good spark and injection pulse and fuel pressure? can you test for fault codes?
