The car just bogged down and quit. I received P0325 and p025 codes. I need some advice.

The car just turned over 200k. I have had no major toubles with it. It has had an o2 sensor code on for awhile, but had run fine. Today it bogged down slightly and just quit. It will turn over, but won't completely crank. I ran obd - It has p0325 and p0420 codes. After these codes, 3 ready - misfire, fuel, and comp. Any ides on where to begin would be helpful. What do I need to replace etc.
Thank you

I you dont' h ave a fp gauge then take it to a pro. The codes may go away once the car is running right. One is a calytic converter the other is aknock sensor but that doesn' tmean they are bad, you need to get the car running right first
