96 Saturn emissions

1996 saturn. Didn't pass emissons test. Drove it a 3 weeks and tried again. Sensors (3) are not registering. What do I do now? Cost?Help. I cant afford another car. This one run fine.

So are you burning any oil?Do you have any code's or has your check engine light been on recently?Has your battery gone dead been disconnected or replaced recently?When you say three sensor's aren't registering do you mean three monitor's aren't setting?
