96 SAAB 900 blower motor

New OEM blower motor, new fan speed controller. ACC shows 0 faults on two different units and fan connector shows 12.1 volts when fan is disconnected. Blower Motor still doesn't work?

Power the blower motor from the battery if it comes On-check if it has a blower resistor/relay if so test it-

OK U NEED TO REPLACE THE CONTROL PANEL, IF U TAKE CONTROL PANEL OUT & LOOK AT THE BACK SECTION WHERE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR GOES U SHOULD SEE THAT IT'S BURNT, MOST OF THE TIMES THAT IS THE ISSUE WITH THAT MODEL AS PER A/C FUNCTION, GOOD LUCK.
