The mobiliser stops working. I have a mobile mechanic friend who puts a computer on and restarts the mobiliser but it doesnt last. He says he can immobilise it if I had the security code but there is nothing in my history. There is nothing else wrong with the car and is in perfect working order.

You may have to get this information from the dealer, it will be a security issue and accessed only with your cars VIN call the dealer and check this out.
