The door locks are frozen. Tried spraying deicer in the key slots, also tried wd40 lubricant. Can hear the solinoid engaging the slide mechanism when turning the key. Door will still not unlock?

I t may have clip broken form the rod remove the door panel and see if everything is connected. If key lock is frozen try a hair dryer

It was working fine until we went into the deep freeze over here. I can not get any of the locks to open. I can not get into the car. There is no where to plug in a hair dryer in the parking lot. I might have to wait for it to warm up when ever that will be to get the door open? One of GM cars early blunders?

No that happens with older cars and cold weather. You might try a propane torch and heating a key to put in key lock to see if that frees it up. Otherwise it sounds like the linkage needs to be lubed or latch
