Engine is misfiring with no power

Oldsmobile Aurora 1996 code PO300, checked spark plugs and wires, still misfiring and no power what else could it be. We changed the oil, checked air filter as well, if it is a coil would we get the same code?

Check fuel pump pressure and check crank sensor
