1996 Maxima oil leak

I have a 1996 maxima. It is leaking oil and I was quoted $160 to replace my oil pan (damaged) and my pressure sending unit(?). Is this a fair quote?

Is that 160 parts and labor? If yes that is a great deal

Sounds cheap to me. The parts alone should cost that much.
