I changed my oxygen sensor underneath my car and took it to get an emission test but I keeps saying not ready so it failed. I have given it some time to reset itself 2 weeks with plenty of driving and it has said this twice! I took it to get scanned and no error codes are found any suggestions?

I feel that there may be a tune problem that is affecting the sensor or a wiring fault from the sensor to the ECU I would be getting these checked first, )2 sensors are just that a sensor, they read values in the exhaust, they do not have to be re set.
