Why wont my front drivers side brakes release. I've replaced the brakes, calipar, and rotors
have the same problem?

Could be the brake hose collasped on that side, master cylinder and ABS unit-

Does opening the bleeder, release it?
If so, go with the collapsed hose theory. Replace it!
