Heater not heating

I have replaced the heater core the radiator and hoses the thermostat the antifreeze is full to level the switchesfor he fan and position of air flow work but the temperture is not getting warm

As long as the vehicle is running at proper engine temperature and not over-cooling or overheating, the only logical place to look is the blend door, temperature control cable or blend door actuator (if it has auto temperature control). This is the system that changes from cooling the air to heating the air and vice-versa.
