1996 Kia Sephia Hold light blinking

I have a KIA Sephia 1996 1.5 automatic transmission car, sometimes Hold light starts to blink and when it happen car will never go for the 4th gear even if the rpm reach 4.000 without touching the throttle, and it stops once the car goes under 20km/h everything returns fine :)

Computer shows no error or faults at all, can you help me please?

Something is wrong with the transmisison control and did you use the correct scanner to check for trouble codes? It should be under transmission control system.

I guess the mechanical checked it and no faults was found, he told me that it could be an electrical problem? Could it be?

The code should be stored in the transmission control unit. Get the appropriate scan tool to read the code or a new mechanic.
