Turn ignition on doesn't make any sound. New battery, starter, alternator and battery cables. This is a jeep classic and has been doing this for several yrs. After weather turns cold and stays cold it will start. This only happens when weather changes from warm to cold.

Check and clean your battery cables and grounds likeon the engine as well as body, especially going from battery to those areas. There is a ground wire on the left fender shield either by or behind the pcm, that could be corroded. If memeory serves me correct tehre was a problem with Dodges near the power distribution box that caused a similar problem, it goes to teh relay which is by the pdb and it may have a bad connection or loose connection
