in my coolant overflow there's an oily like substance?

hi my name is bobby i have a 1996 jeep grand Cherokee limited.looks like transmission fluid, is that normal oil in coolant overflow?

Have the transmission cooler in the radiator check its probably leaking internally mixing with the coolant

Yup! its no good-replace the radiator and change the transmission fluid and filter-start here
