Engine cranks but does not start have voltage to crank sensor and cam sensor, I have voltage to icm but nohing comonig out replaced icm still no change can comuncate with scanner no codes present, seems injector curciut is not working good fuel pressureat 45psi. Have any ideas thanks.

Test the crank sensor its self. Test it for high resistance. Have you checked for fire? You may be getting
voltage to crank sensor but is the sensor sending a signal to pcm?
