What causes the crank pulley to wobble

What causes the crank pulley to wobble. Are there spine on the crankshaft where the pulley fits. What must be done to solve this problem.

Also, what causes the brakes to go right down when in traffic or at a robot.

A bad harmonic damper on the pulley would result in it wobbling and only solution is to replace the pulley, which should be done asap as failure of the pulley can result in the drive belts getting entangled and if the belts were to get to thr timing belt, it can damage the engine.

The master cylinder is leaking pressure internally causing the brake pedal to sink when held for prolonged periods.
