I need to get my driverside power window up in my 1996 Ford THunderbird. The passengerside still works. Both switches are operable. Its nighttime so too late to take it all apart and troubleshoot. What can I do right now to get the window up

You probably have a bad motor so the only way you're going to get it up is to remove the door panel and disconnect the glass from the regulator and then you can prop up the glass but it will have to be propped firmly because the glass will fall off the track easily once disconnected from the regulator.
