Radiator fans don't turn on when when the needle almost reaches the hot point. The fans work I disconected the temperature sensor to the fans and the fans turn on but when I plug it back in they turn off I even changed the the relys and they still don't work they only work when the ac is on full blast. I'm thinking I have a shortage

You need to first scan your computer for code history and see if the Coolant temp switch has been acting up. You could also test it with a voltmeter. If this switch is faulty it will give your computer false data and it won't turn the fans on. There's more than one circuit that can turn the fans on. That's why they come on when you turn your A/C on.
