Where is my thermostat on my 1996 Ford Taurus?
I have recently had a new water pump thurmistat and gaskit put on my 1996 ford taurus and know it is leaking from where the top radiator hose connects to the motor.

Thermostat should be under cover where your top radiator hose enters engine. If hose was removed from cover and not cleaned inside end and the cover nipple cleaned also this can cause leak after reassmbly. Or the leak is coming from cover gasket itself?
