If you have manual locking hubs, remove the hub assembly, clean, inspect, and lubericate. If it is an automatic hub, do the same but chances are the locking device is bad. Please note: It is normal for only one wheel at a time to spin unless you truly have a posi differential (not offered on this vehicle).
