Motor turns over,but no start.Fuel pressure is ok,coil packs replaced, no spark.

Measure the voltage on the dark green / orange wire at the coil pack, any injector, or either small wire on the back of the alternator. You should see full battery voltage for just one second when a helper turns on the ignition switch. What's important is whether it comes back during cranking.
