A FEW MONTHS AGO THE CRUISE CONTROL SOMETIME WORKS AND THE HORN SOMETIME WORKS, SOMETIMES ONE WORKS AND THE OTHER DOES NOT, AND NOW TO ADD TO THE PROBLEM THE AIRBAG LIGHT IS STAYING ON.

Replace the clock spring. That's a wound-up ribbon cable in a plastic housing under the steering wheel. All three of the systems you mentioned have circuits running through it. Eventually that cable will break completely.
